Horses

Horses In Celtic lore, horses are sacred to the Goddesses Epona and Rhiannon and symbolize energy, fertility, freedom and power. They are often associated with Lunar ernergies (as their hooves make crescent shaped marks) and with the powers of the ocean. Horses are also sacred to Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea.
