Possibilities abound during this time, and by the time of the full moon, you will already feel your will power and patience bubbling. Use a white candle, as white is Rhiannon's sacred color, her being a moon goddess and all. You can incorporate some herbs, such as ivy, lily, and lavender, all known for their calming properties, and the ivy is Rhiannon's sacred herb. Light the candle, and get in goddess position, and close your eyes. Imagine
all your negative thoughts falling into the earth below and the light
of the candle filling you with pale moonlight. "Fair Rhiannon, I call you forth, let me be as you. Patient, and thoughtful. Let me not want and let me always remember your struggles to help me know that mine are not so bad." Lower your arms, and stare into the candle flame, knowing you will now be more patient and more thoughtful. You may now ground and center. Thank Rhiannon and let the candle burn out. That is all. You may perform this spell anytime you feel you need to re-light your own mind. Oh, and perform this spell on a Monday as Monday is ruled by the moon and Rhiannon is a moon goddess.
