Take a closer look at the Mist & Magick Celtic Knot Necklace 06/01/02 It's been an eventful several months. I am now a wholesale representative for the jewelry manufaturer who I've been purchasing my jewelry that I've sold at auction for the past 5 years. I've finally launched Lionrhod.com, my web design site, and I've gone through some big transformations on a personal level as well. Life is interesting! 12/11/01 With more help from OakRaven of OakRaven.com, I've been cleaning up my site and fixing the broken links. Woooooo! If you're a webmaster be sure to check out his Link Checker it is WONDERFUL! 12/09/01 With help from OakRaven I now have a way to weed out insane students via the Student Sanity Tester. (humor) 12/04/01 Work piles up at my other site and so this one hasn't been getting the attention it deserves. Hopefully things will be calmer after Yule! As my site now holds the official Draconian Path website, I have moved that page to its own section and hope to be expanding it soon. 09/12/01 It is the morning of Sept 12, 2001. I waited in the blood bank for 6 hours last night. It was a powerful experience. Everyone there was helpful, caring, willing to volunteer, lend a hand or a shoulder. I thank the gods for this vision of humanity at their best, after the nightmare images of humanity at their worst. This morning a friend sent me this refrain from Nostradamus. "In the year of the new century and nine months, From the sky will come a great King of Terror... The sky will burn at forty-five degrees. Fire approaches the great new city..." (2001 is the first year of the new century and this is the 9th month. New York is located at just shy of the 41st degree Latitude.) "In the City of God there will be a great thunder. Two brothers (the Towers) torn apart by Chaos, while the fortress (the Pentagon) endures. The great leader will succumb. The third big war will begin when the big city is burning" - Nostradamus 1654 [A few days
after writing this, I find that the above alleged prophecy is a fake designed
to illustrate how prophecies CAN be faked. With all the other stresses
on me, I had not yet taken the time to research the original. Nostradamus,
btw, died 1566. What I do find intriguing is that in "faking"
prophecy they seem to have made one that came true (unless we later find
that the fake was written after the attack, however that is not the impression
I received). What is important to understand about this, is that prophecy is a tool. Its purpose is to let us know what is most likely and to allow us to choose otherwise. We can choose to destroy our world. Or we can choose peace. Yes, I am angry. Yes, there is a part of me that fears, and lusts for vengance. But this lovely green and blue planet and the precious people and creatures which live on it, are far more important to me. This was not merely an attack on America. This was an attack on our entire planet. For if we go to war, the whole world will suffer. And only if we act as a planet, rather than as a city or as a nation, can we overcome the threat of a long war. These were not the acts of politicians but of madmen, and if they can create a war of this, they win, they get thier wills. These are people who wish to sow hatred and fear and who do not mind dying to get that. By hating, by fearing, we play into their hands. It is likely that there will be some violent response from our capital for this hideous deed. To do otherwise could open us to further terror. However we can send our prayers and our magick that the violence is kept to a minimum, that only the guilty will be targeted. That any justice will be swift and surgical. That sanity will rein and peace on this our Earth, shall be our highest goal. We are all
one Earth, one people, one Universe, one Spirit with the Dragon, the All

03/13/01 Geez, I need to keep this, up, don't I? I moved in August and since then I've forgotten to update this part of the site. I've added several things to the site since, including my Book of the Moon - a monthly or so book review - some poetry and more, plus am working on updating the look of the site as well. Look around I think you'll find a few new items.
8/3/00 Folks have been anticipating my student's upcoming Lammas Sabbat, and with that comes the need to answer lots of questions, so I've built a Draconian Path page. I've also added my teaching schedule of public magickal classes to my site.
7/4/00 Happy Independence Day. I'm celebrating by working on my site. We've just moved servers here and on Martrildonno Jewelry Designs. Dealing with the inability to send mail through our servers was causing loads of hassle and wasted time, but now that's OVER. Maybe now I can put more time into our sites. Part II of Tools and Talismancraft Purifying Your Tool has finally been finished - actually that was over a month ago, but I didn't have time to announce it. A week or two ago I spent megabucks on some new astrology programs. Astrology is one of my deep interests, and I'm very excited that I'm now able to offer Astrological Reports to the public. Well, back to trying to progam my shopping cart!
4/10/00 I'm working on an article on Tools and Talismancraft, Part I Choosing A Tool , is done, the rest should be along shortly. Updating has been a little slow as I've been quite busy in "real life" but I'm hoping to do some slowing down there. Also, I've added an interactive Book Club where I've written recommendations and you can recommend books too. Please do make some suggestions.
2/25/00 Hi! Welcome to the new, updated version of my website! I've had a blast learning to make interfaces and play other fun Adobe tricks. Beyond that, I've just gotten my own .com and I've reworked the site so things are easier to find. Now that I've got the site looking pretty, I'm also working on content. I've added several poems and invocations to my Water section. Next I'll be working on an article on consecration of magickal items. And then, who knows what! Check back frequently!
