The Dance of Ritual

(Despite popular rumor, this is not a class on dance. Dance is used as a metaphor <G>.)

An introduction to the basic craft of ritual creation. Each class will include a mini-ritual.

Class 1 Invitation to the Dance: How ritual works and why. The Heriophant and the Inner Child.

Class 2 The 11 Steps of Ritual: Master these basic steps and you can dance to any ritual.

Class 3 Dance of the Elements: Using an Elemental Grid to flesh out your ritual.

Class 4 The Gnosis Tango: The 12 paths of gnosis and ways to lure yourself into the ritual dance.

Class 5 Readying the Dance Floor: The Altar and the Creation of sacred space.

Class 6 A Song in your Blood: Invocation, Evocation and Incantatory Magick.

Tuition: $10 per session or $50 in advance.

Dates: Class 1 begins on Monday July 10th 2000 and runs for 6 weeks, with the last class on August 21st (we skipped a week).

Time: Class runs from 7pm to approximately 9pm
